How it all works!

Browse our online shop for the products you would like, add items to your basket, choose your preffered delivery/collection date and pay securely online via Paypal (no Paypal account required, you can use your credit/debit card)

We have included an ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout. This is where you can leave any special notes regarding your order or any instructions for our delivery driver.

You need to register for an account to purchase goods from our shop and you can do that here

You can choose to have your order delivered or collect it yourself from the shop.
Please note: We do not offer mail order at this time, we can only deliver to an IV12 postcode when ordering online

How much do I have to spend to qualify for delivery or collection from the shop?
£20 is the minimum spend on our online store

How much does it cost to deliver or for me to collect from shop?
We charge £2.00 for all deliveries under £50, orders over £50 are free and to collect from the shop is also free.

When will I get my delivery?
We only offer deliveries/collections through our website on the available dates on our checkout page. At this time, our online system will only accept orders for Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Unfortunately, cut-off times apply due to the current situation regarding covid19.

Cut-off time for Friday – 11pm Wednesday
Cut-off time for Saturday – 11pm Thursday

Can I get a delivery outside your IV12 delivery area?
We don’t offer mail-order but if you live locally, but outside our delivery area, please call us

I don’t live in your area but would like to place an order for delivery for an elderly family member, can I do this?
Of course, place your order and ‘check’ the box in the checkout page labelled ‘Deliver to a different address’

Where will the driver leave my delivery?
Our driver will ring/knock door and will wait for you. Please leave insructions in the ‘notes’ section of our checkout page if there is a chance you might not be at home and leave a suitable container or instructions to leave somewhere safe.

Will my order arrive Fresh or Frozen?
Only burgers will be frozen, all other items will be fresh

What if I need to cancel my order, will i get a refund?
If you need to cancel an order we will refund you.

Will I receive an alternative product if you run out of stock?
Due to having a couple of days cut-off time, we are confident we will be able to fulfil most orders. However, if for some reason we are unable to supply you a certain product, we will attempt to contact you before adding a replacement item.

Are all the prices on the website the same as in your shop?
Yes, however, some suppliers have increased their prices for certain products so you may see an item on our new site which was cheaper in our shop a week or two ago. We have tried to match all prices so there is no financial gain from either the site or our shop.

Are all offers on this site available to buy in your shop?
We hope to make available all items/offers/packs available in both the shop and our website. However, there may be occasions where an offer or product might only apply to online customers, and there may be offers available to only our shop walk-in customers.
